If you’ve never tried Toblerone chocolate bars then this recipe is a must for you! Beat butter and sugar, in large bowl with the mixer on high speed until light and fluffy. Mix flour and cornstarch in a small bowl. Gradually add the dry mixture, beating well after each addition. Chop chocolate into small pieces. Stir in chocolate. Drop by tablespoonfuls, onto baking sheets. Bake 20 to 25 minutes or until lightly browned. Makes about 4 dozen. Let them cool completely and then sprinkle with icing sugar. Recipe Notes

Homemade Marshmallows

Cover and allow to cook for 3-4 minutes. Uncover, and attach a thermometer to the pan and continue to cook until it reaches 240F, (7-8mins). Remove from heat immediately after. Mixer on low speed, slowly pour the sugar syrup into gelatine mixer. Change to high speed, continue to whip for 12-15 minutes. The mixture should be warm and very thick. Add sugar and cornstarch mixture to pan and shift around until it’s completely covered. Return rest of mixture to bowl for later use. Pour Mixture into the pan using a lightly oiled spatula to spread evenly. Dust the top with remaining sugar and cornstarch mixture. Recipe Notes

Then butter and flour a 8in square pan. Lightly melt butter and stir in sugars, eggs and vanilla. Beat in cocoa powder, flour, salt and baking powder. Spread batter into pan. Bake for 25 to 30 minutes. Allow brownies to cool for 15 minutes and then cut not triangles. Put your icing into a plastic bag and cut off a small piece of the corner, making a piping bag.
