Instructions
  1. Using a drinking glass or cookie cutter, cut out a circle from
  2. the middle of the bread.
  3. In a nonstick skillet, melt the butter over medium-low heat.
  4. Place the bread and the cut-out bread circle in the pan.
  5. Put the egg yolk (or crack the whole egg) into the hole in
  6. the center of the bread.
  7. Cover and cook for 5 minutes.
  8. Flip both the bread with the egg and the bread circle, and
  9. cook for an additional 3 to 5 minutes, or until the egg is set.
  10. Top the bread with the cut-out circle.
