Quick & Easy Gluten Free Chicken Noodle Soup
Chicken Noodle Soup is one of my all time favourite soups. With celiacs in the family we need a good gluten free option. Sometimes, we need it fast. This is my quick, easy & gluten free soup that you can easily make anytime. I love doubling this recipe and throwing the extra soup in the freezer for an easy school lunch on cold winter days.

  1. Melt butter in large pot on medium high
  2. Saute carrots, celery and onion for 5 minutes until soft
  3. Add garlic and stir for about 2 minutes
  4. Add chicken and cook for about 6 minutes until the chicken is cooked through
  5. Add salt, pepper, sage, thyme and chicken broth and stir well
  6. Bring to a boil
  7. Add pasta and let boil 8-10 minutes (cook for time on pasta box)
  8. Serve or store in the fridge for 3 days in your Wean Green. Can be frozen for 3 months.
