  1. Cut each slice of bread into 4 sticks
  2. In a large bowl whisk together eggs, cream, milk, cinnamon, sugar and vanilla. Dip bread sticks into the egg mixture.
  3. Heat butter in a large pan over medium heat. Fry the coated sticks until golden brown on all sides.
