Ingredients
- 8 slices of thick cut bread
- 4 large eggs
- 1/2 cup cream
- 1/2 cup milk
- 2 1/2 tsp cinnamon
- 1 tbsp sugar
- 1 tbsp vanilla
- 2 tbsp butter

Instructions
- Cut each slice of bread into 4 sticks
- In a large bowl whisk together eggs, cream, milk, cinnamon, sugar and vanilla. Dip bread sticks into the egg mixture.
- Heat butter in a large pan over medium heat. Fry the coated sticks until golden brown on all sides.
