Instructions
  1. Using a drinking glass, cut out a circle from the middle of the bread.
  2. In a nonstick skillet, melt the butter over medium-low heat.
  3. Place the bread and cut-out bread circle in the pan.
  4. Put the egg yolk, into the hole in the centre of the bread.
  5. Cover and cook for 5 minutes.
  6. Flip both the bread with the egg and the bread circle, and cook for an additional 3-5 minutes.
