Servings Ingredients 1 ripe pineapple1 pear1 clementine orange, peeled2 kiwis, ends trimmed and sliced thin with peels on12 strawberries1/2 cup blueberries1 1/2 cups green grapes1 skewertoothpicks Servings Ingredients 1 ripe pineapple1 pear1 clementine orange, peeled2 kiwis, ends trimmed and sliced thin with peels on12 strawberries1/2 cup blueberries1 1/2 cups green grapes1 skewertoothpicks Instructions slice the top off the pineapple and slice a thin piece from top and cut piece into a star slice the sides of the pineapples to create a cone shape. push the skewer through the centre of the pineapple and skewer the pear on top leaving some skewer sticking out place toothpicks at an angle all around the pineapple, pear base. starting with your large fruit, add to the toothpicks and fill in your tree. add the pineapple star to the top and enjoy

Course Appetizers Servings Ingredients 2 pkgs cream cheese1 cup cheddar cheese, shredded1 tbsp dried onion, minced1/2 tsp dry mustard2 tbsp parsley1/2 tsp hot sauce3/4 cup mozza cheese, finely shredded6 peppercorns1 shred of carrot2 blueberries Course Appetizers Servings Ingredients 2 pkgs cream cheese1 cup cheddar cheese, shredded1 tbsp dried onion, minced1/2 tsp dry mustard2 tbsp parsley1/2 tsp hot sauce3/4 cup mozza cheese, finely shredded6 peppercorns1 shred of carrot2 blueberries Instructions beat cream cheese, cheddar, dried onion, mustard, parsley & hot sauce until well blended roll cheese mixture into two balls, one slightly smaller than the other roll each ball in mozza and place the small one on top of the large chill for 30 minutes use blueberries for eyes, peppercorns for buttons & carrot for nose

Course Dessert Servings Ingredients 1/2 cup butter (room temp)1/2 cup packed brown sugar1/2 cup molasses1 egg, separated2 1/2 cups flour1 tbsp ground ginger1 tsp all spice1 tsp baking soda1 cup icing sugar8-10 drops food colouring Course Dessert Servings Ingredients 1/2 cup butter (room temp)1/2 cup packed brown sugar1/2 cup molasses1 egg, separated2 1/2 cups flour1 tbsp ground ginger1 tsp all spice1 tsp baking soda1 cup icing sugar8-10 drops food colouring Instructions preheat oven to 350, grease cookie sheet beat the butter & sugar together until light and creamy. Add molasses and egg yolk and beat until combined. mix flour, ground ginger, all spice and baking soda in a separate bowl add flour mixture to butter mixture and stir until mixed. knead dough until smooth. cover with wrap and put in the fridge for 30 minutes. meanwhile, beat egg white in clean bowl until stiff peaks form. divide for each colour. once chilled, roll dough and cut out shapes. bake for 10 mins. cool, decorate & serve.
