It’s easy peasy to create & eat. Yummy goodness in a Wean Green container. Who could ask for anything more?
Shhhhh….don’t tell anyone, but I cheated with the bread. I used a breadmaker.
The French Honey Bread Recipe comes from The Bread Machine Cookbook by Donna Rathmell German on page 32.
French Honey Bread:
What the recipe said:
What I really did:
|¾ cup water||a little more|
|2 tsp. honey||squeezed some in|
|2 tsp. olive oil||dumped some in|
|2/3 tsp. salt||dash of Himalayan salt|
|2/3 tsp. sugar||didn’t put anything in|
|2 cups flour||same|
|1 ½ tsp. yeast||2 tsp. yeast|
Olive Oil Dip da dip da dip doo wop a dooby do (singing is HaPpiNeSs for the Soul):
3 tbsp. olive oil
1 tbsp. balsamic vinegar
garlic powder – just enough to add some extra flavor
onion powder – just enough to add some extra flavor
Add them all together in your favorite wean green container & shake, rattle & roll. Voila! Grab a piece of your fresh bread & dip away. Yumminess! If you work from home, you can add a glass of wine to your enjoyment! 😉
