Toblerone Shortbread Cookies

If you’ve never tried Toblerone chocolate bars then this recipe is a must for you! Print Recipe Toblerone Shortbread Cookies Course Snack Prep Time 25 minutes Cook Time 45 minutes Servings dozen Ingredients 2 cup butter softened1 cup super-fine sugar3 1/2 cup flour1/2 cup cornstarch2 bars toblerone swiss milk chocolate2 tbsp sifted icing sugar Course Snack Prep Time 25 minutes Cook Time 45 minutes Servings dozen Ingredients 2 cup butter softened1 cup super-fine sugar3 1/2 cup flour1/2 cup cornstarch2 bars toblerone swiss milk chocolate2 tbsp sifted icing sugar Instructions Preheat oven to 350F. Beat butter and sugar, in large bowl with the mixer on high speed until light and fluffy. Mix flour and cornstarch in a small bowl. Gradually add the dry mixture, beating well after each addition. Chop chocolate into small pieces. Stir in chocolate. Drop by tablespoonfuls, onto baking sheets. Bake 20 to 25 minutes or until lightly browned. Makes about 4 dozen. Let them cool completely and then sprinkle with icing sugar. Recipe Notes  

S’mores

Don’t have a fire going? S’more lovers do not need to worry! This is a great alternative to the classic s’more, as well it’s a great recipe to get the kids involved in. Print Recipe S’mores Course Appetizers Prep Time 20 minutes Cook Time 0 Servings people Ingredients 1 bag chocolate chips1 bag marshmallows1 sleeve graham crackerslollipop sticks Course Appetizers Prep Time 20 minutes Cook Time 0 Servings people Ingredients 1 bag chocolate chips1 bag marshmallows1 sleeve graham crackerslollipop sticks Instructions In a small saucepan over medium heat, bring a small amount of water to a high simmer. Place the chocolate chips in heat proof bowl and place the jar in the water. Stir until the chocolate chips are melted and then remove from water. Place the graham crackers in a Ziplock bag and crush into a fine crumb, then transfer the crumbs to a bowl Skewer one marshmallow onto a lollipop stick, dip it in the melted chocolate, then roll it in the graham cracker crumbs.
