Don’t have a fire going? S’more lovers do not need to worry! This is a great alternative to the classic s’more, as well it’s a great recipe to get the kids involved in. Print Recipe S’mores Course Appetizers Prep Time 20 minutes Cook Time 0 Servings people Ingredients 1 bag chocolate chips1 bag marshmallows1 sleeve graham crackerslollipop sticks Course Appetizers Prep Time 20 minutes Cook Time 0 Servings people Ingredients 1 bag chocolate chips1 bag marshmallows1 sleeve graham crackerslollipop sticks Instructions In a small saucepan over medium heat, bring a small amount of water to a high simmer. Place the chocolate chips in heat proof bowl and place the jar in the water. Stir until the chocolate chips are melted and then remove from water. Place the graham crackers in a Ziplock bag and crush into a fine crumb, then transfer the crumbs to a bowl Skewer one marshmallow onto a lollipop stick, dip it in the melted chocolate, then roll it in the graham cracker crumbs. Print Recipe Homemade Marshmallows Course Appetizers, Snack Servings Ingredients 3 packages unflavoured gelatin1 cup cold water1 cup corn syrup1 1/2 cup granulated sugar1/4 tsp vanilla extract1/4 tsp Kosher salt1/4 cup confectioners sugar1/4 cup cornstarch Course Appetizers, Snack Servings Ingredients 3 packages unflavoured gelatin1 cup cold water1 cup corn syrup1 1/2 cup granulated sugar1/4 tsp vanilla extract1/4 tsp Kosher salt1/4 cup confectioners sugar1/4 cup cornstarch Instructions In a bowl, place 1/2 cup of water and gelatin Over medium-high heat, combine 1/2 cup of water, sugar, corn syrup and salt. Cover and allow to cook for 3-4 minutes. Uncover, and attach a thermometer to the pan and continue to cook until it reaches 240F, (7-8mins). Remove from heat immediately after. Mixer on low speed, slowly pour the sugar syrup into gelatine mixer. Change to high speed, continue to whip for 12-15 minutes. The mixture should be warm and very thick. Add sugar and cornstarch mixture to pan and shift around until it’s completely covered. Return rest of mixture to bowl for later use. Pour Mixture into the pan using a lightly oiled spatula to spread evenly. Dust the top with remaining sugar and cornstarch mixture. Recipe Notes

Print Recipe Chocolate & Almond Bark Course Appetizers Prep Time 15 minutes Cook Time 30 minutes Servings Meal Cubes Ingredients 1/2 cup chopped almonds2 cup milk chocolate chips1 tbsp shortening Course Appetizers Prep Time 15 minutes Cook Time 30 minutes Servings Meal Cubes Ingredients 1/2 cup chopped almonds2 cup milk chocolate chips1 tbsp shortening Instructions Line a 9x13in baking pan with parchment paper and set aside. Put chopped almonds in a pan. Cook, stirring often over medium high heat, until golden brown and remove from heat. In metal bowl over a pan of simmering water, melt chocolate chips and shortening until smooth. Remove from heat and stir in half the toasted almonds. Spread onto the prepared baking pan. Sprinkle with remaining almonds, and chill 30 minutes, or until solid. Break into bite-sized pieces. Recipe Notes
